No I am sorry it is possible that car does exist. I was with him when he bought the car from a dealership brand new it had 3 miles on it and it came with a nitous bottle. It was installed just not hooked up and yes it came with directions to connect it but said all over it that it would void warranty. The nitrous itself is not flammable but you pressurize the tank to fill it and you add heat to the tank and the gas inside expands and builds pressure and the VOILA it go boom. I never said that nitous was flammable I said that it posed a fire hazard in the event of a car accident etc.

 

Hide the nitrous bottle in the spare tire compartment and run a discharge tube. One - it hides the bottle and two - if for whatever reason the bottle has too much pressure the vavle will pop and discharge the nitrous outside under the car and it is only like 10.00 to replace the blow vavle on the tube. I had a 10lb bottle, not sure if the newer 15lb style will fit, but I doubt it.
