Default New clutch for a 93' 3.4L

I am looking to get a new clutch for my 93' 3.4 Camaro, and after doing a little research i saw that most people recommended RockAuto Parts for a good price. I looked and found an ACDelco Clutch kit for $164.99

Is this all I will need? Do i need a new flywheel? Any seals, or anything else? This is my first car with a manual transmission and I have never changed a clutch, but i am changing it with a buddy (who did a transmission/engine swap in his supra in his garage) and i just dont want to get it torn apart and not have everything. And last, is there a write up on this or anything? Thanks.
