Neutral Trunk Release?

I appreciate the suggestion and will give that a shot. I don't like the idea of this happening again. I dont want anyone to be able to come up and open my hatch alarm system or not.

CRAZY! i prefer my trunk button in my glove box, but i have mine right under steering wheel.. big bright yellow button that says trunk release.. easy for someone to get a coat hanger in there to just push the button..

Hey KC, there had to be something messed up during the install.. brains have trunk release, so the installer must have messed something up there.

Yeah, they didn't hook up the trunk release to the alarm remote so I can hit the trunk release button on that remote all day long and nothing happens. However, if I use the original remote it will pop the trunk without a problem. I am not too happy with the job the alarm installer did, but it's too late to do anything about it now.
