How about some trouble codes. Picture of dash light does not help much in diagnosing things.

the one that you put "no idea" is a low coolant level light....learned that one the hard way. (at least thats what it looks like. should be rectangle with arrow pointing down into some waves i believe)

My trim meter used to do the same and no idea why, its fixed now but you dont wanna here how as it was a good byproduct of a very bad thing.

Anyways are the sensors for the coolant pluged in correctly even if it is full, has the car had a bump it would explain the airbag light or the plug may be loose behind the steering wheel or in the dash, dont mes though as they may go off. You need to get the trouble codes really. And also even though it sounds simple have you checked all fuses and relays in the dash and under the hood?

i had a radiator leek , so i changed the radiator but again the temperature when idle is cooler than when driving , when idle the temp gauge is on 215-220 and on hard accelerations temp rises to 250 but nvr saw it go to the max (260) i checked the fans and they are working just fine

my 160 stat is installed but untuned do u think i should tune it first ???

yes either that or take it out and put a 180 in it. that very well could be the problem.
