just unplugging the coolant level sensor will get rid of that dummy lite..
Get your 100% water out the cooling system and get 50-50 in there.. Coolant actually has a lubricant chemical in it that keeps the internals from crapping out on you.. as well it should be 50 50 anyways.

In addition to what 'midrange' said, if the car is overheating, if you havent already change the thermostat. Bleed the air out, put the 50/50 coolant in... I think i read you changed your radiator, you really shouldn't any more issues. If this keeps up, you may have a coolant leak in which you would have to replace the intake gasket... That particular problem is usually common in the 3.1 and 3.4 v6 gm engine... Having done the work, I wouldn't be suprised if that was the problem in your engine guy... hope that helps you out
