You don't rip out any of the factory wiring. You are basically adding a fresh power feed to each window motor and all of the rest of the wiring happens inside the door.

It can be a bit of a pain to get the new power feed through the door jamb, but once that is done, the rest of the process is very straight forward and easy.

The kit is complete (wires, fuses, relays, connectors) and there are step-by-step instructions on the website. If you can read and follow simple directions, and have a few basic tools, you can install this kit.
