Clattering is BAD! It = no or very little oil pressure.... Its the sound of your rockers hitting the the valve stems because your lifters are bled down from lack of oil pressure. Stop driving the car until you find out why youre losing pressure or youll need a new engine soon.

Well obviously I haven't driven the car since it happened again z. I'm just waiting to do the oil tomorrow and hear other suggestions.

suggestion: get yourself 6 quarts of walmart oil and a fram filter. That will run you under $20. Don't buy any Lucas, STP or other additive

Don't spend your money on anything more expensive because it's going to be drained anyway
