Default Loud rattle/grinding noise under my 97 Z28

Hey all, I've been having an issue with my 97 Z28 lately. When accelerating (and only accelerating, not in neutral) I get a loud rattle or grinding sound from underneath the car. It happens until 1500 RPM's then stops like clockwork. Every time. I checked my exhaust, no rattles and nothings loose, pulled off my heat shields, changed my motor and trans mounts, changed my oil, and it still happens. It sends a resonant vibration through the car and you can kind of feel it in the gear stick even. I'm at a loss on where to look next. Any info you guys could give me would be great. Thanks.

sounds like the clutch is not happy. does it feel like its engaging all the way or are you feeling like its slipping.

Clutch is fine, it's a brand new stage 2 (less than 1000 miles) and I had the same noise before replacing the clutch. I should also add that the noise doesnt happen under hard acceleration (over half throttle)
