Default Intermittent no start 94 3.4

This has been an on and off battle with this car over the past year or so. First, a bad starter was replaced about this time last year, then about a month or so later some relay went bad as was replaced, can't remember the name of it. And it has been good ever since, but 2 times in the past 2 weeks it will not start. All the lights come on, the starter clicks, sometimes when the starter does not click there is a high pitch, sort of, whining sound that comes from inside the car. Then I come back a few minutes later and it starts right up.

Every time it does start it starts nice and strong. Is there more than one relay that can course this kind of no start, or is it more likely the relay that was replaced after the starter is going bad again?
