I have a 1995 z28 and i have a shot bearing in my rear end that makes a loud humming sound and slows me down. Does anyone know where i can get a rear end for my car i cant find them anywhere. perferibly 3:42 gears or higher. Thankyou

 

saw one on ebay-at 11:00am, today, 12/31. type in "95 z28" in search box - it's at bottom of page 3 of listings - It shows it to be 3:23 ratio. Don't know if this will help you but I thought I would share.

Are you sure its not just a wheel bearing? I just did mine last night because they were making noise, pulled out the drivers side axle shaft and BAM!! Greeted by a huge casting defect that caused the noise.

Its a paper that people post stuff for sale.I will pick one up and get you the number,I think it a disc brake set up out of a 98 T/A.Its been in there awhile hes asking $500.00 and its low milesI would talk him down.
