That's a healthier outlook to have, be happy with what you have. When you let the guy who took you at the stoplight get under your skin is when things can start to get out of hand. Then fast enough is no longer fast enough, and you begin adding one go fast goody after another until........ ehhhhhhh, never mind!

I haven't been a competitor in many races during my lifetime, but I have been in many pursuits. Where I live, I'm the local law enforcement. My habits of treating my cars like they are worth millions is only a benefit for my career. If I were speeding all over town and initiating races, then I might not still have my badge. I guess you can say I get enough high-speed driving to fill my desires. The best part about it is that I don't have to pay for the car I drive, or the repairs that come with flooring it on a regular basis. Infact... I just had a pursuit this afternoon. 100mph+ on a 2-lane highway. I had that Dodge Charger screamin'!!! I'll post a picture if I can find one.

Were you pursuing a Dunkin Donuts before they closed? You know I just hadda go there!
See, you have an outlet for when you want to get heavy with the right foot. If I was you, I'd probably keep the 02.

Here's my company ride! It's no Camaro, but she sure does handle like a race car! She was issued new to me in May 2008. I'll probably have her for one more year. We've caught a lot of criminals together over the past several years. I know this is no Dodge site, so I guess I'll accept any pain and suffering you guys shove my way.

LOL! I'll let you have that one. I'm actually not a chubby, fat donut dunker. I rarely eat them, but they are delicious! I'm glad you think I should keep the RS. I just needed a little support... that's all.

As far as I'm concerned, the only 4th gen's that will be worth a darn in the future will be the limited run models. Your RS might not be highly collectible right now, but being a last year run, and limited model does mean something, despite the fact it's "only a V6" car. Yours is one of only 443 made, and you can rest assured there are less than that many left today.

i did a search when i first seen this thread and found only one, it had similar miles for 8500 so they are still worth a few bucks. found a couple older 4th gen 6ers with blown motors that got my attention.

Do you remember where you found it? I can't find one at all. I was going to start a new thread, trying to find any owners of the 2001 and 2002 RS cars. I'm just betting some of them have no clue how very rare they are. I can find a lot of listings for 2002 RS, but they aren't real RS cars. Just because they have V6s, the owners are calling them RS packages. I wish people would take a personal interest in their vehicles and advertise what they truly have. I get offended because it's identity theft. My car is a victim of it! LOL!

Here's a history and spec link:
