Default Help with clutch issue

*I know this has been brought up a million times bacause I've read all the threads*

I'm experiencing the "clutch sticking to the floor" issue when I do a HARD pull and try to get into 3rd gear. I don't have the problem while getting into 1st and 2nd.
Sometimes I'll do a hard pull and the clutch will be rock hard too, or sometimes it will even throw the shifter in neutral.

I replaced the clutch, slave, PP, TOB with a LuK set about 4 years ago. I just did the drill mod and replaced the fluid with DOT4. Better, but still having trouble.

I've been bleeding with the hole in the floor, as well as trying the Mityvac method, which works much better. No leaks I can see, the fluid stays at the same level and is nice and clean... I wonder if it would help to pump the clutch while using the mityvac method...

I find I am getting endless tiny bubbles, and when it seems like it's bled, the pedal still acts up!

I'm going to wrap the clutch line as well as re route it away from the exhaust as currently it's going through a heat shield which could be part of the problem. Could be boiling it every time I drive and creating more air...

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated!

Yes, nice idiosyncrasy of a hydraulic clutch.
Tiny bubbles is heated fluid, the wrapping of the line may help, time will tell.
Do you need to press pedal to the floor for clutch disengagement?
Maybe 3/4 of the stroke?
