Default Fuel filter problem..

I have a 94 V6. I recently went to change the fuel filter and now that I have it leaks from the end that screws on (as opposed to the end with the tabs). Someone told me that I may need to get an O-ring to fit between the line and filter, but I didn't see one on there during the replacement. So my question is does my model camaro usually have an o-ring there? And if so does anyone know the size off hand?

They're flare fittings, so make sure no rusty crusty crud got between the filter and line flares.
Also make sure there isn't any rust or pitting on the line ends.
