Alright I'll try to see about getting any codes off it. Even tho there is no engine light on, if there was any problems would it still show a code? Also with the previous owner it looks like they redid everything. Engine, transmission, a/c, heater core, radiator, egr, exhaust. There is still warranty on the engine as well. With the problem its having would the warranty cover it?

 

I noticed that the TPS has a orange sponge from pictures I looked up. On the car the flat end of the TPS has some of the sponge showing. Is that suppose to be that way? Would that cause the idle issue and poor acceleration.

 

Update on the problem, it has been fixed. The EGR Valve wasn't bolted all the way down from previous tech. The car is back to running like it was.
