I have a 99 camaro and i just blew the head gasket... but thats not my problem im tearing it down tomorrow to fix it... but the problem im having is me and my friend cant roll down our windows... mine is only my driver side but his is both... we are thinking its the switch but not sure... we checked fuses etc... anyone that knows what the problem is please help us...

 

Power windows? It is more than likely the motor. I actually just changed out my T/A's driver side motor today, and now it works perfectly.

 

how much did the motors cost you??? i have a ttop and i want the windows down... LOL you feel me...

thanx im gonna have to add that to the new parts list... LOL... knock on wood that once i put back together the head and fix the window and wheel bearing nothing else goes wrong...

 

Yeah, I paid about $38+shipping from Partsgeek.com. Got mine next day from them. Mine had been broken for a while, how I missed to hang my head out of it like a dog as I cruised down the turnpike.

 

LOL i just dont like the way the ttop looks with the tops off and window up... i thought about just running a/c and leaving tops on but what would be the point...
