Default Correct Carpet?

I want to put in a new carpet, but noticed the choices. Beige, Caramel, Cream, etc... Is there a code for the carpet color on a tag in the car somewhere? I'd like to get the right one. Thanks.

Chevrolet calls this color "Neutral" but I don't think there is a RPO designation for the carpet. I believe when ordering a car with any color interior, the carpet would have been installed to coordinate with the color of the seats. Neutral seats would of had a RPO of 52B (Fabric) or 522 (Leather).

Mine were fabric seats. I'm a little hesitant to spend a couple hundred on a carpet to have it arrive in a color I'm not fond of, and had to send it back. I saw a butterscotch once I was a little nauseated by it.

You could ask the supplier if it is possible to get a sample to compare with your present carpet.
