car squeaking because from driving over a potwhole

Default car squeaking because from driving over a potwhole

does anyone know what it is??it drives perfect still but squeaks pretty bad ever since i drove over a potwhole

there was a mouse living in the rear cargo area and you disturbed it


seriously, you provided insufficient info. Is the squeak from the inside? Heck, I hit a speed bump too fast and my center console then started to squeak. You need to listen closely to where the sound originates

Yeah, need more info. squeeking from the front or back, inside or out etc...

check the shock mounting bolts on the inside. you have to pull down the rear of the back seat, and removed the rear plastics and pull up the carpet. there is a foam filler block that covers the bolt. my girlfriends car made an awful squeek from the shock and it turned out the nut had backed off and the shock was loose.

but before doing all that, have someone bounce the car up and down and listen around for it to try to pin point it
