With all due respect, a trusty mechanic of mine, said a rubber cap will crack, you're better off buying a metal one. I had a coolant prob., there are too many reasons accounting for a coolant leak, one of them is a cracked rubber rad. cap. The problem with mine, after numerous visits, was a coolant leak by the timing chain cover, many hours of labor intense work. Good luck Original poster.
