Default Brake hose question

Planning on going through the brakes and suspension
At 118k most of the factory parts are a bit tired

So I have everything selected till I get to the rear brake hoses

Looking on rock auto they have center, left, and right
But some note "with traction control"

Considering this is a base v6 coupe what will I need?

Does an Rpo code identify traction control?

For the rear, you'll need all three. The center line goes to the top of the diff and then splits off to hard line for most the length of the axle, then it reverts back to rubber hose to connect to the wheel cylinders/calipers. Traction control only has an effect on how many wheel sensors you have. TC has 4 (one to each wheel), while non-TC has 3 (one for each front wheel, and one in the rear diff).

I would take the opportunity to upgrade all 5 brake lines with braided stainless steel ones -- you'll have a nicer and more firm pedal. I did this on both my Camaros, went with Goodridge.

Actually my '02 RS has ASR, a form of traction control, and it has five lines, my '01 SS has no ASR and it has five lines as well, for the entire system. A traction control car should have a button to disable it as my RS does -- it's above the stereo just below the heater vents.
