I read that also. The dealer agreed to replace the BCM at no charge because of what I’ve paid so far, about $500. If it wouldn’t be a no charge, I would have tried it myself, soldering the joints. I didn’t think of taking it to an electrical shop. Good to know. Anyway, the car goes in the second week in January because of ordering the part.

The dealer replaced the BCM today. It did not resolve the problem. Now we have to wait for a response from GM.
