Default Antenna adapter for stereo?

I was told i would have to get a antenna adapter for my 94 camaro to make the system work. i havent heard of this before. Could i just get the wiring harness and dash install and it would be good. I have the delco bose stereo, does that mean i have the bose stereo or is there a seperate option. Also any tips on where to run the wire from battery to amp, and should i get a capacitor for a 300 watt rms sub.

are you running an aftermarket deck? if not the harness adapter should come with the antenna adapter. run the power cable down the passenger side of the car under the carpeting and make sure you run it through the firewall (theres a hole there that existing wiring runs through) dont run it through the door eventually youll wear out the casing and short it out and believe me you dont want that. no cap required 300 watts is nothing. make sure theres a fuse at the very beginning of the power cable 60 amp (i also put one right before the amp just in case something happens fuses are cheaper than amps). also the ground needs to be the same gauge as the power (i recommend 4 gauge, a bit over kill for 300 watts but believe me youll eventually upgrade to a bigger system) and try to make it no longer than 16 inches (theres a reason for this i just dont exactly remember why) a good ground is where the rear seat belt bolts at the top. anything else... if i remember anything ill let you know.

ohhh DO NOT try to screw the amp to the flat spot in your trunk youll puncture the gas tank there only about 1/4 inch between the body and the tank

there separate but come in the same packaging. what it is is your stock antenna wire is skinny and 99% of the aftermarket decks have fat holes

it looks something kind of like this
