Ok,so i was trying to install my shorty antenna when i broke it in half and cannot get the screw out of the molded plastic piece that goes where the spare tire is,its a 96 camaro 3.8,does anyone know either A,where i can buy a new antenna kit for it,its non powered and it will need the mount,the piece that the antenna wire plugs into,everything. Or I just bought a hidden antenna kit from ecklers camaro for like 40$ and its from 1970-2002 camaros, do you think i will be able to use that? if so do i just use my adapter for my aftermarket radio?http://www.ecklerscamaro.com/product...dept%5Fid=2214

 

You can use the Hidden Antenna, but you will probably have to get an adapter to fit the stock antenna cable. I bought one, and had to buy said adapter cable. You can get it from Crutchfield. I will install the hidden antenna as soon as I have time to get the normal antenna all deleted. If you are wanting an antenna kit, try ebay or junkyard.

 

well i have a adapter because i put in an after market antenna,it is like a 6 inch cord,one has a big end that plugs into the radio and a smaller end that plugs into the antenna?
