Another reason to look in the country for a car. There are a lot more highway miles on the cars. I can seen cars from NY and Philly with 80K on them that where just about worn out. 80K is a lot of hours on a motor is the car never gets above 45 MPH.

I wouldn't mind going out and looking farther away, but I have work and school 7 days a week, and drive a truck that gets 12mpg, each trip out would probably cost about 70-100$ just in gas and tolls. Might just have to save up and get a nice LS1

Okay, so I got lucky and picked up a nice M6 for 3300, and have a few questions. I ordered a Haynes manual and its in the mail. I want to change all the fluids I was wondering on the specs. What oil does this engine take? Gear oil? Do these z28's have LSD? And kind of tranny fluid? Also, do the headlights have bezels? This one just has the headlights inside the nose cave. Thanks in advance

yes and dont use synthetic. photobucket works best if you can get that on a phone. open free account, download pictures, copy img code to the post. good first step would be to flash the computer for trouble codes. number 23 on the list here 4th Gen LT1 F-Body Tech Aids
