Default 99 camaro starts and idles but will not accelerate.

I have a 99 camaro with 3800 series 2 I bought it for a very low price.. and all the work I have done to it I could have done ls swapped it. But sadly I haven't I have replace the motor and got screwed. So I bought another motor that was drive by cable where as mine is drive bye wire. No big deal tho I just swapped the intakes now all is good. It starts and will idle but will not accelerate when the gas is pressed. So I thought that the tps was bad so replaced it. Then it still didnt rev when gas pedal was pressed. I read some where that the electronic part on the pedal could be bad replaced it. Still dosnt work. Im at a loss here. I have the ECU for the throttle by cable also have the intake and the throttle body. But bot the key to match the security. So idk how to work around that. If someone could lead me in the direction of fixing my current problem or telling me what all I would have to have to convert it to cable system. That would be great. Thank you in advance.

Do you have access to a scanner so you can see what the PCM sees? Does it change sound at all or is there no effect from hitting the gas?

is the butterflies on throttle body not moving when you press on the peddle? check throttle actuator control and make sure its getting direction from the tac module on gas peddle.

The throttle blades do not move when throttle pedal is pressed. They click open when the car is intionally turned on. It will sit at idle. I have aultel scanner I will post screen shots of the results. It all has to do with tps. I also have the Chilton manual.
