Do you have a Haynes or Chilton Manual by chance?

As I discussed in your "oil pressure" thread, your throttle body is all electronic. Meaning your gas pedal has a sensor that tells the throttle body how far to open. I believe you don't have an IAC, and the throttle body controls the idle. The old style throttle body is physically tied to the gas pedal with a cable. Which means once you let off the gas, the throttle goes closed and cuts the air off. In which case you would need a IAC to adjust and maintain idle speeds. Since yours is all electronic, I suspect the PCM tells the throttle body where to be when you aren't pressing the gas pedal. Below is a link to help explain what I am talking about.

02stanGT is correct, my car would die if i let off the gas from high rpms. so i tried to find the iac, but found out there isnt one... all controled by the electronic throttle, took off the throttle body, cleaned it out, works like a champ. hope that helps
