I noticed that my car seems to run cooler when im in higher rpms is that normal. When driving around it sits around 180. And is it really normal for the car to almost get to the red when sitting still before the fans kick it back down to close to the middle of the gauge
Any input would be greatly appreciated

My z sits at the first quarter when highway driving, and almost hits the last line before the red when idling in traffic before the fan kicks in and brings it back down to half.

my fans turn on when my guage gets here


i thought this was abnormal but but people have said its fine. I know the guages are metric units but i would assume the still read the same location.

 

That sounds like exactly what my temp sits at for freeway and sitting.
