Default 96 Camaro 3.8 Stock Alarm

When the car get bump the horn sound 2 or 3 times and stops till bump again. Is there a way to set it to keep going off after first bump? Those 2 or 3 time is sounds ain't much of a awaking sound when sleep.

Thanks

Turn the sensitivity of the system down.

In the trunk, next to the antenna, there is a small box with a ****/dial... just turn it down a bit at a time until you get it where you want it.

If you turn it down to far, it will be ineffective.

You might want to make sure there aren't any loose items nearby, like the jack or compact spare tire and wheel. The shock sensor is just in front of the spare tire.

i think he wants it to be more sensitive or go off longer so it does wake him up.

Yeah that what am asking is there a way to make it keep going off when the car gets bumped. All it does is about 2 honks and stops.

I Know about the sensor in the spare tire area.
