My 95 Z-28, automatic won't start,
It would start than die, so I sent the comp. in and had the vats removed.
I jumped the starter relay. The car turns over just fine. Everything works.
It is getting fuel

The fuse #13 in the dash for the IGN/PCM has no power. The pink wire out of the Ign. Switch has power when Ign is on.

When I check with my ohm meter from the IGN Switch pink wire to the #13 Ign/Pcm fuse I have good conection.
How this can be since there is no power when the switch is on.

Could this be the problem and if so how could a fuse in the fuse box have no incoming power.

The IGN/PCM fuse is powered when the ignition switch is in the RUN or START position. Bad connection between switch & fuse box, fuse box to PCM, or in fuse box itself ??
