Default 3.4 timing reset

So I'm replacing my timing chains and sprockets. I had the timing marks lined up before I pulled everything apart, and while I was reinstalling the crankshaft sprocket the installer spun the crankshaft about a quarter turn. Anyone know if it's one or two turns back to tdc? I found a thread with an image showing the tdc positions for a V8 which shows two revolutions of the crankshaft sprocket to one of the cam sprocket, but wasn't sure if that proves true for the V6 as well.
