I have a 3.4 that is not pulsing on one bank and can't figure it out

 

have you checked the injector fuses? There is usually a fuse dedicated to each bank.

Like they start to pulse then it goes away

 

If the inj's pulse for a shiort time, then disappears, swap inj relay for power with the other side and see if problem follows.
If problem follows, replace both INj relays.
If problems stays on original side, then check/clean connections from ECM to inj and check/clean ECM grounds on engine.
