Default code 16 low res pulse

I changed the water pump recently and timing cover and now have code 16 low res on the laptop with datamaster. Im looking for the flow chart type diagram to troubleshot for my 93. Car runs perfect, I find it hard to believe the msd is on its way out but maybe. And i cant remember how to reset the codes, thanks god I'm not using my real name here, lol. Thanks.

You can download a free copy of the 93 Firebird service manual here: https://www.mediafire.com/#40mfgeoe4ctti
The flow charts should be the same for Camaro.
