I have a 2000 v-6, the car will die when running at random times. sometimes when it dies it will start right back up other times i have to wait about 15 mins to get it going. Also sometimes when i try to start it in the morning it will crank but not turn over and then when i try again 10 mins later it fires right up. I have had the fuel pump replaced, it is not a fuel problem. I have read similiar posts where a person has had the CPS changed. Any one with similiar engine/problem, what was the solution.

no check engine or service engine soon lights. I only put 53,000 miles on car.

 

did you do a basic tune up as in plugs, wires and stuff?
