i was wondering if i would buy the baer rotors can i use the stock parts and just buy pads or would i have to buy the complete upgrade kit i seen some on ebay for about 250 so i was thinking on going with those

Go for some stainless steel-braided soft brake lines -- you will like the increased responsiveness...
