2 step ?

So I want to get a MSD 2 Step for my Z but my friend said I can't cuz I don't have boost but I have seen two steps on n/a cars before am I right. And also would it be a waste of my time to do this

a large waste of time. its pointless to have on an n/a car, thats what throttle modulation is for (aka YOUR FOOT)
