Default wheel wont spin

The other day i decided to put the stock wheels back on my 91 camaro rs. It did have corvette rally wheels. I put the front left one on and spin it, it stops a little over half way through. Its not draggin it spins fine until it hits something and i have no idea what it is. someone told me that all of the wheels might have to be on a specific rotor, but i dont know.

You're in the third gen section, but your sig says 1999. Do you have another Camaro?
When you took the stock wheels off, did you mark which ones were the front and which were the back? Depending on which wheels you have, the backspacing could be different between the fronts and backs. Your tire could be dragging on the front suspension or fenderwell. But you should be able to see where it's dragging by looking underneath the car while you twirl the wheel, something we can't do from here.

On the surface of things, you would think so, wouldn't you?
But have you ever spun a tire and looked at the sidewall? Not always exactly like they were spun on a lathe! And, does he have some raised letters on the tires facing in? If it's close tolerances, even those could get in the way. Another thing could be a balancing weight on the back lip of the wheel smacking a tie-rod end or other part of the suspension (my most logical guess of them all). Just to toss out a few ideas....
