Default No spark

I have a 91 z28 with a 305 tpi that doesn't have any spark. I rebuilt the top end and after getting everything back together and tried to start it I don't have any spark. Please don't tell me I don't have something hooked up right because I'm pretty sure that everything is. The only thing I can think of is a fuse somewhere other then the fuse block under the dash or something with the distributor. I got a new coil and tested the ignition control module which passed so I don't know anymore. Any help will be appreciated.

Cool no spark?

what exactly did you rebuilt on the top end and what did you remove and replace? I might be able to help you. Theres about 10 different things that could be wrong and easily fixed?

Well I did a full top end rebuild. I had rocker arm studs raise out of the head so I had to pull the heads. Just the block was left in the compartment.
