My friend has offered me a 350 in which I thought that I would swap into my 89 vert I got the casting # off the heads and headed off to mortec.com to see what these heads where, but all the info that they offered was they came on 305&350 with 1.95-1.50 valves. I expected to get a little more info from them,so I am going toask for the knowledge of the forum to help me, the # of the heads are 14102193 if anyone has any info or opinions on these heads I would appr. it. They also said they were from 87up would they even work with my 89 tpi set up.[sm=badbadbad.gif]

 

The heads are the same setup as long as both sets of headrs are years 87-95 and not vortec you have nothing to worry about. All you have to do is replace the throttle body and manifold with your TPI setup. You may have to re-map your computer though because of the different displacement.
