Hello recently purchased a 85 Camaro z28 350 swap auto trans. The owner did some things that make my life difficult but I can wrench been doing it for years mainly on fords and Mitsubishi. He removed all the smog junk but half arsed it for example driver side exhaust manifold leaks from a missing bolt, vacuum lines questionable at best and there’s a large vacuum line coming off the tpi in the front that’s wide open. He removed the ac and blocked off the coolant lines going to the heater. Several plugs for sensors just hanging around. The Speedo works and that’s it but the body is rust free and straight as an arrow so for $2500 I can’t complain. I just want to know what the large .50 vac port is on the tpi in the front bottom of the throttle body. It’s the largest port in the front and if I cap it it floods and leaks fuel from the bowl down the passenger side. Where does this route to so I can fix this. I really hope wide open is suggested. Thanks for your time I currently search for diy smog deletes to fix this problem then off to the hvac systems to reinstall all components and restore factory ac.
only two big vacuum lines I can think of are brake assist and pcv valve. post up some pictures, you may have to make a couple posts first to be able to post pics

I'm thinking the same but I've never owned a 3rd gen.

So two pictures I'm curious about.
first is the vacuum port but I think I read it was for the charcoal canister which is gone and it suggest routing it away from the engine.
Second picture im not sure but is it a throttle position
sensor? I tried looking online but what I found doesn't look anything like the one I have.
