Default Speed Density Vacuum lines

Does anyone have a pic or 'real' diagram of exactly how the vacuum lines goes that run behind the plenum/TPI. My car is choking out oil do to a breathing prob and the PCV/crankcase vent tube have been checked. I have hacked vac lines on the car. Some hanging loose/disconnected. Any help? Going nuts here.

Man. Impossiblities. I have the Haynes manual and believe it or not, there are no definitive pics or descriptions in there. Anyone know what a Chilton manual may hold?
