You wont have to change much. Get rid of the 305 stuff (engine, computer, wiring harness (from the pass. side, not the drivers side wiring harness.) The speedo is cable driven, so no problems there. Your biggest problem will be the fuel system. You will have to use a regulator if you want to retain the stock electric pump, if not you will have to remove the pump and either install an inline electric pump or a mechanical pump. Other than that its pretty much straight forward.

Basically, yes. The previous owner of my car put a carb on the orginal motor, the only thing they had to change was the fuel pump, and they also removed all the computer BS. Recently I swapped a 350 in, didnt have to change a thing except what I chose. I would however use a flex fan or a good electric fan along with a new radiator, I had the clutch fan on mine and it was overheating, put a flex fan on and its all good.

You will either have to drop the tank (major PITA), or cut a whole above the tank under the carpet. I would put a new mechanical pickup in, then you will not have to worry about it.
