Default Carb bogs down when I press gas

Okay so I got my stock qjet tuned about 6 months ago and it ran great. Now I don't know of its getting that cold but I live in LA and it doesn't get under 50 most of the time. Anyways. Like usual I turn my car on in the morning and let it warm up for about 5 mins and punch the gas to relieve the choke. It idles normal I back out of the drive Way and wants to die because it is still cold then I get in the freeway to go to work and usually the car gets warm by that time so I could at least press the gas about mid way to get up to 65, but today I pressed the gas and the car immediately died down, almost turned off, so I took my foot off of the gas and pressed it a little less, maybe about a quarter throttle. And still wanted to die down, eventually after a process of tapping the gas a number of times it finally got up to speed. Then I turned off the car to go to work, came back to drive home after a couple of hours and the choke wanted to stay on after I let it warm up so I punched the gas a few more times and it went to normal. Then I had the same problem on the street where my car bogged down really bad, this is the second time I got it tuned and I'm thinking of taking it back to get tuned again. Does this mean it is time for a rebuild or is this just a retune? Thanks

Have you verified the choke flap is actually remaining closed (partially)?

...or that the choke is opening fully when it's supposed to? If the choke is partially closed when the engine is warm, it'll bog the engine.
By the way, is your engine up to running temperature when this is happening?
