My 85 camaro 2.8 starts but wont stay runnning

I have a 2.8 jasper motor and i know that it works but wont stay running. I replaced the ECU, plugs, wires, distributor cap and it still won't run. I am stumped i have fuel in the rail.

Maybe fuel pump relay?? Thats what I would check next.
