I am having a hard time following your question. What hasn't held, and what do you want to accomplish....btw, what trans do you have?

Well, without really knowing for sure whats going on I'll take a stab. #1, the new motor is making more hp/tq for sure, but I would first wonder if you installed the clutch correctly? #2, If you absolutely 100% for sure clutch, Pressure plate, input/output bearings.....etc are correct then I would ask to make sure the flywheel is correct for the application? #3 if that is all correct, then lastly I would ask did you re-install the old clutch, or have you installed new parts? #4 and still lastly I don't believe there is a difference between 305/350 clutches on that T5.....could be wrong. It sounds like there is something off making it slip.
