Default Question on the rear swaybar.

Well I have a 1985 V6 camaro, which means it didnt come with the rear swaybar, but you can bolt one right up to it easy, my only question is, is there anyonw out there than can send me a pic or post it of their rear sway, the last time I had it in, it dented my differential cap so badly that the gears ground through and made a hole. (needless to say that rear end is trash). I'm just wondering how exactly it should look up to the differential. Hopefully this time I can get it right! Before i do another $300 mistake.

it should have two end links, one on each side right in front of the shocks, and then it bolts around your axle so it wont go denting ****. You need to buy an adapter kit or something like that since it didnt come with one.

I believe the F41 suspension option did include a rear sway bar. If you have the F$! you should have a sway bar. Check your option packages to see what came with the car. You can have your dealer run the VIN and get a printout of every option on that car. It's a service GM offers and they don;t charge for it. The parts dept. should be able to do that for you. Takes about 60 seconds.
