This morning I went to start my 89 RS and it wouldnt. It would almost start but it would just die off. It sounded sort of like it didnt have enough gas. I tried to give it some gas as I turned the key but all it would do is kick a bit more. Maybe my gas gauge is wrong or maybe I need a new starter. Also it did rain alot last night. Could anyone help me as to what I should be looking for so I can see what the problem is.
