Trans jumping out of gear

i have a 92 rs with a 700r4 trans that is jumping out of gear when you put it in drive or overdrive. doesn't do it in 1st or 2nd
any suggestions

Suggestions? rebuild the thing.

How many miles does the tranny have on it? it might just be too worn out and REALLY need a rebuild.

check the linkage or go to a tranny shop and have them check it out
