hi guys, i'm new to this site. i usually post on fbody.com, but nobody there has been able to help me. i need to figue out how to take apart the t-bar on my 89 iroc. i just bought one and it all rusted out. the one on my tottaled car is good, and i want to switch them. i to afraid tht i'm going to tear it up. has anyone done this that can give me some ponters or direct me to a web site that give some how to info? thanks!

are you talking about the metal part in the middle and the weather stripping?cuz if it is you just got to pull the metal piece off it has i think 4 or 6 screws then there is little plastics push in clips and other little screws on the back side of the stripping coming down,and the stripping is all one piece so you have to be very careful cuz its glued on to,i suggest going to the auto wrecker a try pulling one off there for practice
