Default 1973 Z28 project rusty gold.

Alright, so after selling my 79 z28 a few weeks ago I picked up this 73 Z28 yesterday it's a 350/4speed. it has some issues but for just $1,000 I've got alot to work with, motor turns over but I haven't decided whats gonna happen with it yet though, interior will be completely replaced or gone through except maybe the head liner and a few other panels, gonna have alot of body work to get done!

I'm guessing you mean why the engine is missing the intake, valve covers etc. idk the PO was a buy and let it sit guy so I think he bought it as is. but it turns over pretty good I'll pull it, pull the heads and pan to see what everything looks like and then see what I wanna do with it. It's probably not in any worse shape then my other two project throw together engines.

Looks like a lot of work, but well worth the price you gave. Should make a nice car when you're finished!

Lol, It was a sweet price. the guy I got it from his dad had passed away and they're all his dad's cars so they're selling em cheap to get rid of em. they've got a 74-77 camaro, a 70-73 rs/350 auto I might try to get but I doubt it since I'll be trying to put this one together, like a 73 torino, couple toranados, couple mustangs, several ******* wagons and alot more. Gonna keep my eyes peeled on craigslist lol.

Pick up one of those Toronados and make a mid engine Camaro using the front drive and engine!

That would be hard but cool val.
Didn't get alot done today pushed, pulled, and ratched it in the garage. Got the hood, drivers side fender and inner fender off. Man I love the way it comes apart seems so much simpler then the 79.
Would've got more done but I bought a 92 honda civic dx and had to get the title work done so now I've got my gas saver so no worries about neutering the camaro for mpg's though I'll still try to get the best I can out of it. Think I've decided for a fuel injection system over a carb but that won't be needed for awhile.

James I can cut that door jamb out of the parts car if you want. It will be a long while before I'm ready to do it. But I'll give it to you if you want it.
