If you are taking about the wheel openings on the rear quarters being rusted. The best & cheaper mehod is to cut the rusted area out and weld in a new piece of metal. Rear quarter panels on a uni-body car is a large piece of sheet metal.

That is the easiest way but if you want a quarter panel i can get one off of my 92 that i'm parting out...i'll pretty much give you the WHOLE panel from as high to as low as you want it i have no use for the car

The quarters on a Pontiac are different around the tailight area. You could also try Goodmark and Classic industries. When you get a used quarter you have to cut it apart and clean it. It is like doing the job twice. Which may be OK in your case.
