RE: Project: killeRS
My camaro was orginally CFI, so basically yeah, except I didnt have to deal with the vats, honestly I couldnt tell you much about it.
Headers: Are you looking for cheap, or something that will last? I went with the $90 dollar JEGS painted headers, dont expect them to last too long, but for what I spent on them, im fairly happy.

RE: Project: killeRS
its only gonna get driven on weekends and when im bored so they dont have to last forever but i dont wanna be buying new ones every other year either.im mainly concerned with clearance in the 3rd gen. and i wanna get as close to the stock pipes as possible to make hooking up the exhaust easier.kinda new to this but, if the clutch kit matches the input spline (28) and the flywheel size (168/11" disc)it should work right?summit is recomending a kit but theyve fxcked things up for me before.

RE: Project: killeRS
As far as I know it should work just fine.
Heres what I bought: http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/30053/10002/-1
I am happy with them for the price, they seem pretty solid and didnt wear too much in the first few hundred miles. Im not sure how close they will be to bolting up since I ran an entire new exhaust, but I know from talking to a jegs rep that hedman part #500-17470 is a direct fit for the jegs headers.
Once I redo the top end of my motor, I'll be going with these: http://www.jegs.com/i/Hedman/500/68478/10002/-1
